Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery times vary by location. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or for regional areas.
Local Pick-Up: Pick-up is available in Baldivis, WA. At checkout, simply select the pick-up option and we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.
Returns & Exchanges
Change of Mind / Fit Issues: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or items not fitting. As many bridal accessories and garments are delicate or limited-release, we encourage careful selection before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once assessed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.
