Studio Visits

We highly encourage brides to visit our Baldivis studio to browse our collection in person. This ensures you can see, feel, and try on items before purchasing to avoid any disappointment.

Shipping (Australia-Wide):

• Flat rate shipping starts at $15, with final cost subject to dress size and packaging requirements.
• Maximum shipping cost is $49 anywhere within Australia.
• All gowns are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking for your peace of mind.

Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery times vary by location. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or for regional areas.

Local Pick-Up: Pick-up is available in Baldivis, WA. At checkout, simply select the pick-up option and we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Change of Mind / Fit Issues: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or items not fitting. As many bridal accessories and garments are delicate or limited-release, we encourage careful selection before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once assessed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

 

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging for any claim to be considered.
